I'm actually very lazy I must admit. Ever since I finished school on December 2010, I have been "job hunting" on and off, but never made it a constant activity. I get so bored writing cover letters and emailing job postings that never reply back. Does this really reflect who I am?
Will my little effort in job-hunting get me a crappy job? just because I didn't put 10o% of my effort into it?
I'm not a pessimistic, but a realistic person.
There are very few jobs out there right now. Even fewer when it comes to paid jobs. On the other side, there are tons of unpaid jobs, internships, etc. But who wants to be laboring for free for a whole year? We, as recent graduates need to make a living too! Not to mention that the pay for entry-level jobs is not even enough to make ends meet in this day and age AND economy!
But in my opinion you are lucky if you find a paid job, regardless of the salary.
